3. Website Design Services
- Scope of service: Laurel Marketings provides website design services. These includes designing and hosting static website, as per the specifications agreed upon with the client.
- Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing all contents, images, and any other materials necessary for the website. You also agree to review and approve all drafts or designs before they are finalized.
- Payments: A deposit of (70%) is required before the start of the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the website. Delayed payment may result in delayed project.
- Revisions: You are entitled to (5 rounds) of revision. Additional revisions incur extra charges.
- Ownership: Upon full payment, ownership of the website design will be transferred to you. However, Laurel Marketings retains the right to showcase the design as part of our portfolio.
- Hosting services are provided based on the agreement between Laurel Marketings and the client. We are not liable for any downtime or issue cost by third party hosting providers
- Termination of service: Either party may terminate the agreement if there is a breach of contract. Any outstanding balance must be settled before termination.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
5. Services Offered
Laurel Marketings offers wellness products and web design services. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and pricing for all products and services; however, we do not warrant that such information is error-free.
6. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Laurel Marketings. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Laurel Marketings or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
